Welcome to rYOUminate. rYOUminate, LLC ("rYOUminate") provides these terms and conditions (the "Agreement") to outline the rules and regulations for the use of rYOUminate’s website (the "Site"), located at ryouminate.com.

By displaying Your Content, you grant rYOUminate a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
4. No Warranties. This Site is provided “as is,” with all faults, and rYOUminate express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Site or the materials contained on this Site.
5. Third-Party Links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by rYOUminate. rYOUminate has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that rYOUminate shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. 6. Limitation of liability. In no event shall rYOUminate, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Site whether such liability is under contract.
7. Indemnification. You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent rYOUminate from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
8. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions within this Agreement.
9. Variation of Terms. rYOUminate is permitted to revise this Agreement at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Site you are expected to review this Agreement on a regular basis.
10. Assignment. rYOUminate is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under this Agreement without any notification.
11. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitute the entire agreement between rYOUminate and you in relation to your use of this Site, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Seattle, Washington for the resolution of any disputes.
